Optimise your search

In order to search our large parts portfolio optimally, it is important to know what you are looking at in your search results. Here is some important information that will help you make the best choice.

What are you searching for?

You can search for words in the search bar, such as 'door' or 'gearbox 3008'. This will yield a huge amount of search results. We also provide filters to help you find the part you need quicker.

If you want to be 100% sure of your choice, use our match guarantee. If you enter your car's chassis number in the shopping basket, our advisory team can validate whether the chosen part matches your car.

There is no extra charge for this service and it does not delay delivery. Take advantage of this match guarantee for the best experience with our used parts.

Searching by number

In our search bar, you can search by original numbers from the manufacturer (OEM numbers) but also by the numbers that are actually on your parts (product numbers).

(OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer)

The search results will contain many parts. We have created filters to help you sort through all these results.

All results are in alphabetical order and the number of parts we have in stock is mentioned in brackets.

We know the odometer reading of the donor car for almost all parts. We put this first in the information provided.

Searching by registration number or make and model

If you enter the vehicle registration number, the site will search for all parts that match the car you entered. There are often very many of them, so we have divided them into groups. Each group is again divided into smaller subgroups.

The results from the subgroups are divided into variants.

Used and New

We supply both used and new parts. Whether a part is used or new is shown in the information status of a part.

We apply two rates of VAT

The normal high rate (for the Netherlands this is 21%) applies to new parts.

The VAT rate for the margin scheme is 0% and applies to used parts.

The margin scheme

Under the margin scheme, an agreement we made with the tax authorities, no VAT needs to be applied to our used parts. (The first owner paid this on the initial purchase)

After the price it says: 0% VAT (margin)

'New' and 'As New' parts

If it says 'New', the part is actually new. Sometimes the 'Condition' of the part says 'Used'; this is still a 'New' part but it falls under the Margin Scheme, so you pay 0% VAT. Extra interesting for private individuals and companies!

If it says 'New' and the 'Condition' of the part says 'New', it is a brand-new part to which 21% VAT is applied. (Companies can offset this VAT against their tax payments)

If it says 'As New', the 'Condition' is always 'Used'. Almost indistinguishable from new, as-new parts come from cars with very low mileage (e.g. 350 km). These are practically new but still used.

All of these parts fall under the margin scheme and therefore have a 0% VAT rate. Extra interesting for private individuals and companies!

All prices listed include VAT. After the amount it says incl. 0% or 21% VAT, depending on whether it is a margin-scheme part or a new part.

The international code for 'New' and 'As New' parts is 'A1', which you will often find first in the description.

Used parts

Our used parts are carefully dismantled, photographed and assessed for quality before they are placed on the website. We know all about the history of our parts and therefore supply them with a match guarantee if you include your chassis number when ordering.

We record the product number on the part and the OEM number for each individual part. We also show the odometer reading of the donor car.

Images

We have a photo of the actual part for most of our parts. This will give you a good idea of what the part looks like and whether it fits your car.

If there is no photo of the part itself, there is often a photo with the text 'Not actual part', which serves as a reference.

If you first need to see a photo of the part, you can of course request one. Our logistics staff will then take a photo of the requested part and send it to you.

Abbreviations

If there is a number-letter combination at the beginning of the comments, this indicates the international code for quality. For example B1, where B represents the odometer reading (we now add it in kilometres) and 1 is the quality. (1 is above average, 2 fine, 3 mediocre) Please note: all our parts are quality assessed and if they do not meet our high standards, they are recycled and not included in our stock!

If there are two letters at the end of the comments, they are the initials of the quality controller.

RV = Right Front, RA = Right Rear

LV = Left Front, LA = Left Rear

LHD = Left Hand Drive, driver's seat on the left, as in the Netherlands

RHD = Right Hand Drive, driver's seat on the right, as in the UK

NFP = No Further Production, these parts are no longer made new and are therefore difficult to obtain.

Manual = Manual transmission

Auto = Automatic transmission

! = Please note! There are details.

+ & - = Additional items are present or absent (e.g. +cap +cover or -lamp)

Left and Right

Left and right is always from the viewpoint of standing behind the car.

The left side of the car is the driver's side (in the Netherlands).

When you stand in front of the car, the right headlight is therefore on the left.

'Not actual part' photos

Photos like these are a reference photo to which the part conforms. You can often see more details on these photos, such as the connectors, and multiple views. The colour of the reference photo may vary as it is not the actual part. The colour code is included in the description, if it has a specific colour.

Reconditioning

We have parts reconditioned by professional companies. Not just engines, but also smaller parts, such as information displays, are reconditioned and made like new, by fitting them with a new screen, for example.

We indicate this by displaying the word 'Reconditioned' in the results.

This enables us to give rare parts a new life.

Match Guarantee

To be 100% sure of your choice, we request that you include the registration number or, better yet, the chassis number of your car with every order. If you enter your car's chassis number in the shopping basket, our advisory team can validate whether the chosen part matches your car.

There is no extra charge for this service and it does not delay delivery. Take advantage of this match guarantee for the best experience with our used parts.
