Order procedure

Choose your part

If you want to buy a part, search for it on the website. This can be done via the top search bar, the vehicle registration number or the car make search.

The easiest way is to enter an original order number (OEM number) or part number; this will take you directly to the correct part. If you search via the registration number or car make, specific product groups will appear for the car you entered. The product groups are subdivided into subgroups to make searching easier. The parts in the search results are arranged by variant. You can see which parts we have in stock for each variant. Once you have found the correct part, place it in the shopping cart.

Fill in your details

When all products are in the shopping cart, go to the shopping cart at the top right of the site. Check that all products and the correct quantities are in the shopping cart. Now click on "Proceed to payment" and fill in all your details or log into a previously created account.

Shipping method

By default, all of our parts are shipped. If you want to have it delivered to another address or come and pick it up at our company, you can indicate that here. Any delivery costs are also shown.

Match guarantee

We check every order, so it is necessary to send your registration number or, better yet, your chassis number with your order. We will send the part to you when we are sure that the part you ordered matches the data you entered. The check takes no extra time. If our sales assistants have any doubts, they will contact you immediately to discuss exactly what you need. During the ordering process you will be asked for your registration number or chassis number.

There is no extra charge for this service and it does not delay delivery. Using this match guarantee ensures the best experience with our used parts.

Order confirmation

After you agree to the general terms and conditions, you can complete the payment. A screen will appear with an overview of the various payment methods. You will then be redirected to the Mollie secure payment page, where actual payment takes place.

Once payment is completed, you will return to bartebben.nl and receive an order confirmation in your e-mail.

Order dispatch

After receiving the order, the people in our logistics centre pick, pack and prepare it for shipment by DHL, PartsMarket or PostNL.

If you have opted to pick up your order, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that the part is ready to be collected.

Confirmation of shipment

After our logistics colleagues have prepared your order, you will receive an e-mail from us containing the invoice and possibly a link to follow the status of your order on the DHL website.
