How can I be sure that I am buying the correct part?

Car parts have various sizes and weights.
A switch fits in the smallest box and an engine has to be specially packed on a pallet. So those costs differ too.

Can I cancel my order?
To deliver your order as quickly as possible, we start working on it immediately in our warehouse! So you only have a limited time to cancel your order. Call our customer service within a maximum of 10 minutes on 024-3488011. If customer service is closed, please call as soon as possible when we reopen (Mon-Fri 8.30 am) and email firstname.lastname@example.org with clear details so we can cancel your order.
Why do you need the chassis number?
Many parts are visually the same but differ slightly from each other. To make sure you receive the correct part, we may validate the part you order.
We offer a match guarantee: if you give us the chassis number we can find out exactly which part your car needs. You can then be sure that the part matches your car.
The only thing you have to do is add the chassis number to the ordered part in the shopping basket.
How do I return a part?
If you wish to return a part for any of the reasons listed below, please contact us using the returnform. We will help you as soon as possible.
